well.... it went higher than I was hoping.... but I was the winning bidder for that book.

Not normally a collector of MERP stuff, but something drew me to this book.

Though I think it is not associated with ICE.

Nothing to do with MERP/ICE. But with LotR.
Anyway, it is a very nice price for this item. Once again, prices seem to be very lower than 1-2 years ago. The non-TSR collectors time is coming!

Thanks for the correction...
Told ya'll I dont collect MERP.... or ICE (Normally).
Pay little or no attention to it at all.
Occasionally I might get one or two items in a lot, and I end up selling them if possible.

I spend PLENTY on the stuff that I am interested in though.

Here's an interesting website about Tolkien related boardgames (with all prints, and so on)

Earlier printings of these used to regularly go for around $100 IIRC.

Figure all the maps are there and then some, course only CSWE is incomplete due to only having 1 book in that auction by the looks of it.  Also not sure how many Tac Cards are in that lot.  But right now that is a great price for the auction.

Hey everyone,

Nice find. Too bad they won't ship outside of the USA. :(

Best regards,

A nice price, I would say.  And going to one of our more recently active Acaeum members, too.

Kind of a sad price considering its in shrink.  Would have expected it to go for twice that amount.  Where was smarmy on that one?

Looks like this seller is moving about a dozen different Massconfusion adventures. I really don't know much about these, other than I've seen them mentioned here on various threads from time to time.

Only one of these I got in shrink was Quest for the Nanorien Stones, and I paid iirc $7 from an online shop (couldn't tell you who or if it's even still around).  Course that was years ago and well when it still was in shrink. :)

This seller has a bunch of each massconfusion modules. I don't know how many copies he have (or if they are all genuine) but it is at least the 6 or 7 times he is running a serie of MC auctions.

Seller is one of the authors, from memory, the most prolific of the authors, Robert Jennings. The one to look out for is Dungeons of Dr. Demento, very rare with only two having made an appearance in the six or seven years I've been collecting. You could always ask him to sign it if he's the aithor of a particular tourney. Some of them are quite a good read. Well worth $15-20 which is about how much they usually go for.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.
