I started trying to fill in all of my pre-d20 KoK stuff and couldn't come up with a definitive list.  Acaeum Wiki was missing at least a couple of items so I wasn't sure if there was anything else.  Does this list look complete?

K&C001 The Kingdoms of Kalamar (boxed set)
K&C002 The Kingdoms of Kalamar Volume I: Sourcebook of the Sovereign Lands
K&C003 The Kingdoms of Kalamar Volume II: Mythos of the Divine and Wordly
K&C004 The Kingdoms of Kalamar Full Color Map Set
K&C101 Tragedy in the House of Brodeln (BR1)
K&C102 Secret Temple of Adajy (RB1)
K&C103 Unguarded Hoard (SV1)
K&C104 The Hungry Dead (YK1)
K&C105 Night of the Rot Lord (WL1)
K&C106 The Scirocco's Kiss (KA1)
K&C107 A Foe In Need (YK2)
K&C108 Sometimes They Come Back (SV2)
K&C109 In Too Deep (KA2)
K&C110 Temple of the Bronze Flame (KA3)
K&C201 Game Master's Workshop Volume One: Beneath the Waves (GMW1)

Edited to include map pack.

I have some of the little digest books, and maybe the boxed set. They come up on eBay every now and then, but I don't think they're worth much, often selling at $5 a book or so. They're also not particularly good adventures.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

I'm pretty sure you have all the little digest sized books liksted.  Probably the only thing you are missing is:

K&C004 Kingdoms of Kalamar Full Color Map Set

Your list (plus Mars' note) is everything.

001 contains 002-004, so unless you feel the need to own both, there is redundancy.  I believe 002-004 are the 1st printings, and then there was the box set as the 2nd printing, but that's just because I have never seen the box set with 1st printing books.

I'm fairly certain that there were only 8 of the digest sized adventures (very thin digest sized).  Weren't these reworked or reprinted as one or two full sized adventures?

Yep, K&C103 - 110 are the digest sized ones.  101 and 102 are letter sized.

Yes, the little books were compiled and reworked into a few of the Kalamar D20 adventures.

Any idea if there is any difference between first and second printings?  Its on my list to check but haven't got around to it yet.

Awesome!  Thanks guys.  I figured that the map was probably sold seperately as well but I couldn't find any references to it anywhere.  Do the box sets show up with any frequency?  I admittedly haven't been looking hard but I don't recall seeing any recently.

You may have to wait a little while but they do show up - they don't seem exceptionally rare.  I prefer the maps from the individual set myself.  They are larger than the box so in the box set, they are rolled in half (rather than giving them an extra fold).  All of the items seems to sell fairly cheap.

A couple have some loose and fragile cover sheets as well so be careful that they are included and check on their condition.  Maybe it is just on "Beneath the Waves".

I remember that cover sheet, easily torn or frayed at the top. Was it just Beneath the Waves or did the other pre-d20s have it as well?

I seem to think that it might have been on another book as well but I might just be fabricating memories.

Okay maybe I am fabricating memories.  My Beneath the Waves doesn't have the cover sheet but Mythos of the Divine and Worldly does have it.  There is also a cover sheet for the map set.  It does make me wonder if Volume I: Sourcebook of the Sovereign Lands also came with a cover sheet (probably 1st print).

I'll just answer my own questions.  Yes Volume 1 also came with a cover sheet such as on amazon:

In now trying to find a 1st print of the Sovereign Lands book it seems like most of the pre D20 stuff is not readily available anymore.

I have a couple 2nd prints of Sovereign Lands if anyone is looking.

I think the first printings of the two main books have the outer cover and the second printings in the box don't.  But I've never bothered to confirm it.

Those are the only ones with outer covers, as far as I know.

I also feel like we've had this conversation before...

Printing update!

My second printing books in the box have tan covers.  Perusing another Acaeumer's collection yesterday, we found first printing books with dark grey covers (no box).

I swear I've seen pictures of outer color covers as well.  As soon as I think of where, I'll make a note of it here.
