No, you are at the right part.  The trouble we are at (and have stalled at for a while now) is that ToT had a bunch of webpages created before the it was decided to create a giant forum.

Each section had its own index page such as this:

Then you could go to the specific company, etc.  The page I pointed to is from that version.  They were probably all created by hand which was too labour intensive to continue with.  So, the forums were created to allow data entry, then to be put into a database, etc.  Some of the original webpages aren't linked to the main site anymore (the main site links to the forums) but you can still find them.  Some of them also contain info that was not transferred to the forum model.
