I have two closely intertwined questions regarding the subject. First, does anyone have photos of the 7hex dragon TFT microture that Martian Metals made as part of that line for Metagaming? Second, does anyone have photos or detailed information on the original Silver Dragon that Metagaming buried as the object of the treasure hunt that was rather quickly found by Thomas Davidson? I have a small promo photo out of White Dwarf No. 23. While it does not show a lot of detail, there is enough to show a strong resemblence to some artwork that I've seen in various Metagaming ads (for example, from Zoucci games) of a large dragon critter.

I have a theory that the silver dragon was basically the same as the Martian Metals offering, perhaps with a wax made from the master mold, assembled and then taken to a silversmith to be cast. However, without knowing what the microture looked like, I can't confirm this at all.

[Question: How does one attach scanned .jpgs in the body of a post? Do you have to have some sort of Photobucket or similar account? Just curious]

There might be another way, but, yes, having your image hosted somewhere is the simplest way to go about it. Then you just copy the image's link info. and put it between image tags:
