I just picked up a copy of an Australian gaming magazine called Drow, Vol 1, No. 1 from December 1992. I have seen this on Ebay a few times - but have never seen any other issue? Does anyone know anything about this magazine? How many were published etc?

Ah . I looked on Brette's site but didn't think to look under Creative Aspects. Strange how there was only one issue - it really is a very well produced magazine.

If it was well produced, then it probably needed to sell a lot of issues to break even.  If financed by Daddy, I'm guessing Daddy didn't want to loose any more money .

I wish my Daddy would finance an RPG concept magazine for me. Despite me being 40 and he being 65, he stills feels uneasy and awkward about my obsession with RPGS!!!  :)

It seems that Italy and Australia have a lot in common about gaming magazines, their sky high mortality rate for example    (I have in the collection at least two Italian magazines that never went beyond issue zero...  8O ). Sigh...
