Unless someone shows otherwise, I'll assume that the Special Edition is being counted as 31.

Imagine Special Edition, sorry. It is effectively the 31st magazine to carry the title. A compilation of stuff from previous editions and a few extra bits for the Pelinore campaign.

Yes, all issues of Dungeon magazine are available in PDF from your friendly local torrent supplier.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Phew, that's cool then... I can't find anything about this mysterious Issue #31 anywhere.

I am aware of 1-30 and the Special though.

Torrents, eh? Gotta love 'em...     (until they melt your computer.. )

Best avoided.
The mallware and spyware writers are always one step ahead of the antivirus houses, and nowhere more so than on torrent. Let's face it, if you can hack the latest software within days of it slipping out of the sofware houses, getting a few lines of code passed Norton and someone's PayPal password off their PC is child's play.
But don't worry. It only ever happens to other people.

I know... I got my laptop shafted by a dodgy one and it took a complete wipe to restore it.

Thankfully I'd backed up my system before finding the 'joy' of torrents.. used only very wisely now though and currently still clean.

The best thing about torrents is to download it, but not actually get the files -- look at just the names of the things it contains. Its like an index of stuff to hunt for in print form. At least, that's how I've used them before.

Absolutely. Also, I've found the pdf torrents to be fine, it's the music etc that are the buggers!  8O

The best viruses are the ones that live on your computer and you don't know how long they've been there until you see something unusual on your bank account or PayPal account. Or the ones that flash the bios, sixty seconds that results in you PC going back to manufacturer if it's still under warranty.

Naw. The best ones are those which are released by Microsoft under guise of Critical Updates and are downloaded, automatically (by most computer users running Windows) which then destroys your system in some way, like disabling the Installer Service (so you can't remove or update anything) or affecting drivers, like video and, the most annoying of all, the mouse. Those kick so much ass it leaves in fits of madness at how awesome they are.

Had been tempted to post that on April 1st previously but it's probably just as well I didn't!

Yes, it's real, fwiw, and it's not the Special (getting the feeling I said that before ;)). Somewhat in limbo on the index since it's an "official" Imagine in my book thanks to the continuation of the editorial team, despite not being an "official" TSR(UK) publication (hence no Acaeum listing interest). Cannot drop it into "fanzine" automatically as it doesn't look long enough to contain sufficient regular fanzine content so it's sitting uneasily as a non-free "newsletter" at present.

so is it Imagine, or the editorial team? Kind of a transition between Imagine and GMPubs then?
If its not an official Imagine with no Pelinore, its dropped off my radar..!  :)

if it exists, seems to be a newsletter and not an Imagine magazine.
I'll stick with what I've got!

Cool: one less bidder. ;)

Just as well no-one's looking to add the SPs to the SR/Dragon run, also. (Hmm... who was number 4, then?)

I've downloaded hundreds of RPG torrents with no virus's....but music downloads are another story. These are notoriously buggy. Generally, on some clients like Demonoid if there has already been tons of downloads the file is ok.
