Hey looks like this guy is clearing out the attic.  He has several hundred blisters including a lot of planescape and ravenloft.

I am curious to see how these auctions end too.  It will help out a beginner to determine which are rare and which are not.  I suspect that a number of his auctions will go unsold at the starting price of $10.  I listed 14 or so a month back and most did not get a bid at that start price.

Isn't there an older thread somewhere which outlines which ones are rare? :?:

I didn't really find one.  There are bits and pieces here and there and some talk about building the list of all TSR D&D miniatures but not so much one that is easy to find things in.  Like most threads, facts tend to get intermingled with on and off topic discussion.

I went back through the series 11 thread and tried to cull out the blisters most people thought were rare.  I also tossed in a few of my own recollections from past sales.  Here's what I came up with.  I am confident this list is wrong, but it is a start.  I don't collect these, and don't consider myself an expert on this line.

I decided to have a list of everything worth easily over $25.00 and a list of everything easily over $50.00.  Several of the over $50.00 blisters can go for $100.00 or more.

Over $25.00

I'd probably  switch the Greater Yugoloth with the Molydeus. (Oh i see you've got the Molydeus twice...)

Ooops!   I'll fix it.  I am surprised I haven't had more feedback on this list.  There's got to be more suggestions than that. :?

Wow, wth happened?!?

I don't think the guy flaked, because I asked him some questions on some auctions and he answered just fine.  Perhaps a problem with his account?

Maybe he took my advice on the mass sell. I was curious to see what some of those planescape went for but he did have more than a few commons at 9.99 that would have had a hard time getting a bid especially with people's wallets eyeing the rarer blisters.

He had 187 blisters listed?  At 35 cents per listing, the little excursion to Ebay cost $65.45 plus a bunch of time.

Plus he had a bunch of loose mini's and boxed sets which probably puts it at close to $100.  8O

Even I, a person who doesn't really care much for miniatures, was watching some of those... because they looked neat. Oh well.

He already had bids on some of the items worth easily over $ 100. (The Molydeus was at over $ 50 alone.)

Anyways, for all of you looking for Ral Partha 11 series minis, I just listed a bunch: eBay listings (even more to come...)
