I was checking out the (re-designed) Flying Buffalo site, and found this listing:

GRIMTOOTH'S TRAPS TREE: NOT AVAILABLE. These traps were so horrible, an unnamed secret agency bought up all copies, the printing plates, all file copies, & the reprint rights; fire-bombed the printer & forcibly drafted all the authors. [unavailable at any price]

Just a put on, or was that ever printed?

It definitely does not exist.  It was an old joke, where they seemed to have skipped one - One Too Fore - but then extended the joke by making the progression powers of twos - Ate.
