I just picked up a copy and was wondering what should be in this set.

What I received were 3 softcover books and a set of 19 loose black and white illustration and map sheets. Was there  a fourth booklet? Are these sheets photocopies of the 4th booklet?

What you have is what comes with it. At least, mine is identical.

I'll have to compare the pre-published manuscript to the published version to see if anything got chopped.

Thanks. It was the 19 sheets that had me wondering. I thought they might just have been scanned copies of the booklet.

I have a Box Set of the Hall of Many Panes.

It came with three full sized softcover books (8-1/2" x 11") marked 1, 2, 3, and a full sized stapled B&W paper BOOKLET with 20 numbered pages.

Page 20 has nothing but the number and is actually the back cover.
Page 1 is the front cover.

If the staples were removed and the pages stretched out, then there would be 10 sheets printed on both sides (TWO booklet pages to a side).
Each seperate sheet would be 11" x 17" in size.

Clearly not zerox.

Interesting, looks like they later made these into booklets.
Maybe good to buy products early on and then much later with Troll Lords to get the printing oddities.
