So would I, aia. It's one of the ones I cut loose a while back. I've never been much of a hoarder, especially when it comes to rare RPG stuff. I keep things I can use, but rare items are different. I prefer to have them for a little while and then pass them on, much like girlfriends when I was younger. If I hadn't, I would have felt like one of those guys who buys a Rembrandt and keeps it locked away in a private room for personal viewing only, not because he is impressed by the art, but because it is unique and he takes pleasure in being the only person to own it.
There's a famous character who did the same thing: Gollum. And we all know how THAT turned out.......... I do have a few items, but they are earmarked to be moved on eventually.
So here's a question: I just finished reading Dance of Demons by Gygax for the 1,300th time, and the last pages mention Epic of Yarth: Necropolis by New Infinities. Does anyone happen to have it? I don't recall ever seeing it.

Actually, it appears that Billy produced a version of it subsequently (BMG). If I knew it was the same as the original I'd probably buy it. If it is a  3E+ conversion, I cannot come within 30' of it without suffering 1-10 damage per round of exposure.......

After helping to control the goblin population of the Misty Mountains for centuries (by eating them), Gollum saved Middle-earth when Frodo hesitated by taking the ring & jumping into the fire. Hoarders don't get enough credit.

A new update on Haalkitaine from Terry Amthor, for those interested @ Shadow World report – October 2019 | IronCrown :

The next big book coming up is Haalkitaine Second Edition. This is a massive update from the old first edition release way back in the 1990s. The timeline has been update, several sections expanded, and at last there are layouts of the sewers and the catacombs under the city, with a complete text key and the many NPCs and creatures inhabiting these underground areas. And finally, there are over a dozen all-new adventures! (The first edition had no adventures at all!) This book is looking to be over 240 pages, in full color of course. We are shooting for a release in late November.

Allan.

and so unassuming - it doesn't even have T&T on the cover. Strangely appropriate that it has Unicorn cover art.

There was a T&T 1st Print for sale several months ago

I think the owner was seeking appraisal here but I'm too lazy to search

I think they said it sold for $1500. IIRC they were complaining about they listed it for too low a price.

Make them pay as much as they think they can afford...J.R. "Bob" Dobbs

Thanks for that, Dave, my life is now complete. Anyone know how many copies Ken ran off? I wouldn't be surprised if it is rarer than a 1st print woody. I thought I recalled reading somewhere that it was less than a hundred.

Well, my reprint is # 2 of 35... but that probably isn't what you were asking :)

There's a nice write-up inside re the original... Ken writes 'the first edition was printed at the Arizona State University printshop in a limited edition of 100 copies, only a few of which still survive.'

He also mentions selling his last First Edition copy to help finance a Kickstarter project, a benefactor with a suspicious pseudonym of William Meineke :)
