I went with an on-line store in europe a couple of weeks ago to get a couple of PDFs I do not yet have.

Yes they were free for one and cheap for the second as to my cost, but still... TWO WEEKS?!

I had no problem with them when I bought the items a while back.  It seemed like an automated process.

I think I recall a small delay when I bought them, but only a day or so.
