Any Strategy & Tactics collectors here?

I'd like to read a review of the AD&D Player's Handbook, contained in Strategy & Tactics, probably from late 1978 or early 1979.

I'm not sure which issue of S&T contains the review, but I'd guess it's in one of these three issues:
70 (The Crusades)
71 (The Battle for Cossino)
72 (Armada)

So I'd like to find out which issue of S&T the review is in, and - more importantly - get access to that issue so that I can read the review. Ideally, I'd like to read the article without having to buy a copy of the magazine, but if a purchase is required, so be it.
