Heritage Models, it looks complete including paints and brush, which is pretty rare.  CoD and Crypt of the Sorcerer usually sell for $100-$350 depending on just how complete they are (some minis, all minis but no paints/brush/paperwork, all minis with paperwork, all minis with everything else), and condition.

Ringworld. I've never owned this game. Was it an especially good system or a low print run? It always commands a high price.

Interesting. My wheel had a bottle of Fairy Dust or something with it, and I always wondered if it was supposed to be included.

Low print run.

There's some deal with the rights to produce a Ringworld game as well, which is why there's never been one since.

There are a number of different Pandora's Dice wheels out there - I think some of them did come with fairy dust.
