There are a few other limited Pagan items, most-notably the limited fiction anthologies as well as the limited Delta Green books, Killer Crosshairs, and such.  Original, pre-Pagan versions of some of the early publications also exist (Tales of Terror, for example); see http://www.tccorp.com/site09/tccorp_prod.html for details.  SRM, GI, and CM are the big three, though.

I think many of the other third party CoC titles are uncommon at best, like "Glozel Est Authentique" and the other TOME titles, for example, or Grenadier's Monhegan Island.

I heard it was only so-so back in the day, which is why I never bought it then.  Has anyone here run/played it?

I think there are three price affecting factors:

1. It's a boxed set with a lot of parts, so it's a little challenging to find complete and unused.

2. If I remember right, there is some issue with getting clearances from all the contributors, so it won't be republished.  I could definitely be wrong on this one.

3. Mystique.  It has been the expensive one for so long that it just stays the expensive one.

I'd agree - TOME, Triad, Grenadier, the few GW items (but those can be found in the UK pretty easily).  I'd pick Monhegan Island as the tough one in the bunch, but that may just be how my search has gone.

Hangs over the window in the game room now.

Did not know that there was a "SET" of them...
Are there many other different pieces?

I believe there are 3 of them in the "SET".  I have noticed a few with different framing too.

I remember an Ebay seller listed them at $30 each one time too but I already had a set.

Good point - it would also depend where any particular collector draws the line.  I generally don't chase items with print runs that low.

Yes, limited Pagan and pre-pagan items are rare ones. And very HTF. I am still looking for a number of them. Red_bus sold Courting Madness (or Stark raving mad?) around one year ago IIRC?

TOME are uncommon but not really rare. And Glozel Est Authentique really sucks! It is one of the worst product I ever read for CoC :?

I started to run HotOE but never finish it, as Masks of N. I remember that we really enjoy these campaigns.

There are quite a few CoC items that a realy hard to find:

Call of Cthulhu 'Gen Con 2002' edition (Limited to 20)
Call of Cthulhu Contributor's edition (Limited to 50)
Most of the Cthulhu Conglomerate modules
Most of the "Private Publications" with the exception of firebug..

Really hard to find= maybe 1 every couple of years... maybe...
