I remember trying several times to pick up The Black Tower for less than $40 and was always unsuccessful. But I was able to pick up both my Midkemia and Chaosium versions of Tulan for $30 less than two years ago. And I picked up The Black Tower for $25 IIRC and that was about a year ago.

Heart of the Sunken Lands is deffinately the most playable resource as a campaign setting environ, and will fetch $50 without a problem. Jonril, Cities, Towns and Black Tower all hover between $30 and $60 depending on condition and demand. That's my experience anyways. If I were in the US, I'd consider $200 a reasonable price for that lot. I can see a tidy profit if it were broken down and sold off individually.

Speaking of Maryland (and local DC & Virginia) residents, local pick up is DEFINITELY an option. However, PayPal is NOT an option payment for local pickups and you will have to pay Sales Tax regardless of where you live. Also, for local pick up, you can take a 15% discount (one dollar MINIMUM - not maximum) on the total. Tax will be based on the discounted total.
