wow, this has really gone down in price.......is it cause the current crisis in the economy ??...its not like you see a ton of these on ebay these days...

I think the price reflects how many have been on Ebay for the last few months.  I think it was mentioned earlier that this particular seller had 8 or so copies that they have listed one after the other.

Yup. Exactly that.
Saturation of the market has led to lower prices for that item.
Much like all the other D20 stuff that flooded the market after WotCo slamed the door on 3.5 Edition.

I have been keeping track and that copy was the last of the eight she had then.
(If the eight copy story is correct that is)

She also had one that was an open box version, but still in unused condition, that she offered me maybe a month ago for around the same price.  I passed on it though, but I'm not sure if she re-listed it or sold it to another bidder.

Yes, but I should be able to resell it for a good profit.  As Gnat says, this is one of the last copies available from the seller.
