Was not sure if you were a ketchup man, or mustard, or mayo, or all of the above.

Just printed out a layout of the booths, and planning the quickest way there.

Also sending 'a few emails' to have those who might get there first 'way-laid'

You both will have to beat me through the door!

We can do this whilst we're waiting for them to open... 8O

#0 (convention edition)
12.5 (either 1st or 2nd printing, so far there doesn't seem to be any difference in what they are worth online, because people either don't understand or don't care about the subtle difference)

Look out for:
#30 Tournament Edition---just sold out, was a little pricey
The Heroes Arise---I suspect this was short printed; also, it contains 5 DCC modules but there is nothing to distinguish these from the regular modules, and the box set comes with no extra booklet like Saga of the Dragon Cult....so unless it's in the original SW, I don't even think this one should be considered collectible!
1st print/original cover/3E editions of  #1, #2, #5---other early modules were also available in 3E and 3.5, but I suspect the three I mentioned will be more sought after due to the different cover and/or different material
#35 Gazetteer box---this sure sold out fast.....!
EnWorld Journal module "My Friend the Formorian" (Can't remember which issue offhand)
#34 Cage of Delirium: Since it came with a CD, I suspect there will be less of these in "Mint/Near Mint" shape than others, I suspect a few people played the CD or actually lost/scratched it.
#39 Castle Churro/DM Screen: Ditto for this one, some might have bought it to use the screen, so probably less in NM/Mint shape than other modules in the series.

Just my guessing here....anyone have anything else?

Mike B.

A nice accurate list I would say.  I can certainly see everything here becoming more difficult to obtain over time.

I would point out:

DCC #13 Crypt of the Devil Liche - the 1st print has color interior illustrations.  The 2nd print was done in b&w.  This little fact might escape most people but might be a factor later when collecting the 3 DCC Gen Con Tournament Mods.

Cheers!

Laugh. True, that. You can find me by looking for the large man with the security uniform. He won't respond to "Goatboy," but trust me, that's me. ;)

Goodman's location isn't as good this year. Much further to the back. Hope this doesn't effect their sales.

Thanks for the info, Isle. I'll definitely start looking for the color version (apparantly I have the B&W version in my collection).

Well! What do you know.  Mine has color illustrations. :D  But not all the illustrations are done in color, right?  A quick glance indicated that about half were in color and the other half were B&W.  So, is the one with color interior illustrations rarer than the one with just B&W illustrations?  Or are they about the same rarity?  :?:   Thanks for pointing this out, I had no clue. 8)

Have the first..also you can tell by the logo, the 1st has the old logo, the 2nd print has the newer logo.

I do have the version with the colored art.
Does the B&W version also have the glossy magazine type interior pages, or does it have regular paper?

So far, this is the only DCC module I have seen with Glossy interior pages.
Not that I have them all to compare with or anything........

My order came today!   :D   Woo woo!  It was well packed, but one of the products I ordered (#45 Malice of the Medusa) had some creasing to every page on one corner.  It's not major, but I wish it wasn't there.  Has anyone else had any experience with Goodman on damaged products?  :?:   Any advice would be appreciated. :)

Definitely contact them and explain that the one item arrived damaged.

Thanks!  Now I have another question.  DCC #30 doesn't fit into a standard magazine bag.  And neither do the two large books, #48: The Adventure Continues, and #29: The Adventure Begins.  What solutions do some of you employ?  Just don't bag them?  Use Life Magazine-sized bags?  Use something else? :?:

Use the life magazine size. If you are bagging the rest of your collection you will regret not bagging these.

Ultra pro bags make a "RPG" sized bag that works perfectly on hardbacks, over sized items, and even some thinner boxed sets.

Hi Aneoth,

Did a quick check on mine.

The first print has the glossy pages throughout.

The second print has the ususal 'paper' type pages as in the other modules.

The following pages have coloured art in the first print:
1; 4; 5(table); 8 (both); 9 (art & table); 12; 13; 16; 19; 23; 26; 27; 30; 50; 55; 58; 62; 63; 92; 93; Advertisement on last page.

Unfortunately Player's Handouts are B&W.

The pics definitely look great in colour.
