I've been so busy that I can't spend time promoting the new edition, so thank you very much for letting people that might be interested know! If you are one of the other four Opera users in the world, then you need to use Firefox or another browser to complete the order.  After the order failed to process half-a-dozen times, I gave in and used Firefox.
