I missed it as well!

This unpublished work is one of the zillion of good ideas that used to float around in the 80s... It'd be good to see a publication of this work... Why do not you contact mr Goodman to see if he might be interested in it? Afaik he still keeps an eye on old school stuff... The same might work for the islandian campaign (i remember a topic where it was discussed to bring those modules back to the shelves with the OGL)...
