The 3rd Era Freeport Companion is a retitling of the earlier d20 Freeport Companion.  The current setting book, The Pirate's Guide to Freeport, is systemless and the Companion provides d20 stats for it.  (There's also The True20 Freeport Companion, and the PDF-only Savage Worlds and Castles & Crusades Freeport Companions.)

Actually, most of their recent stuff has been systemless-- though neither  Buccaneers of Freeport nor Cults of Freeport have had rules compilations released for them.  Aside from the rules compilations, the only release since 2007's Dark Wings that I can think of that wasn't systemless was the True20 adventure The Lost Island.

Edit: there's also a Freeport poster map that Green Ronin was selling last year/earlier this year.  I assume it's still available, though I haven't checked.

I have not seen the poster map.  I suspect it is just a loose version of the map they sold with Freeport: City of Adventure.

I saw Cults of Freeport at Half Price Books last night, but half price was more than I was willing to pay.

Seems to be a large-size version of the one from Pirate's Guide to Freeport: http://www.greenronin.com/store/product/grr80002.html.  Dunno if it's the same as the one in City of Adventure or not.

Wow!  That's a nice map.    8O    Looks to be hand-drawn rather than a computer abomination.  Easily worth the $8 they want for it if you like Freeport at all.
