Looks interesting and not homebrew, I've never seen it before.  Nice non-TSR rarity pickup.

Six bucks for the booklet here.  Looks like D20 from 2006.

Edit:
There are a bunch of them all based on 1e version of D20.

I hadn't either. I also thought it may have been an older release since the seller was selling lots with older items in them, but after a quick google I was soon proven wrong...

Don't know much about the system but I think these look really nice - though I guess I'm not alone in being a fan of the old module look/format

I think we will probably be seeing other OSRIC products popping up more frequently on Ebay too.  I've noticed a couple local gaming stores are stocking some of the OSRIC books like Into the Mite Lair and The Pod Caverns of the Sinister Shroom.

I agree.   Good fun for DM's and players.   Nice module in a unique setting.    I can pass on their Minotaur module though.   Blah!!!

Seller thequeenofthe-bay has Heritage's Quest board game.  Box has some damage; closed (!) gameboard is shown in one auction photo:

Same seller also has an unpunched and unplayed copy of SPI's Universe game.
