Pricing MERP is relatively straightforward - as a lot comes up on ebay, so some completed searches over a period of time plus an excel spread will do the job. Most the print runs were reasonable, so there are no ultra-rares equivalent to an ST1 (that I know of anyway

). The thing about MERP is that the quality and content of the campaign materials is so incredible that they are worth just reading if you are a tolkien fan.

There is an online move to keep the settings going and design new ones, so there is a list or two and some websites where you can see or create new mods. The quality varies, but they try and keep it as high as the original stuff.

I think Decipher (who got the licence to do Middle Earth RPGs after ICE) are no longer producing materials. Not sure if anyone else is planning to do so... any else here know??

Very large Traveller lot here:

With the last copy of Digest Group's 101 Robots going for over $100 and the last two copies (that I noticed) of Grand Census and Grand Survey going for over $50 apiece this lot is definitely worth a look. It also has a couple of the Paranoia Press items and the rarer GDW books Merchant Prince and Robots.

Interesting, but average condition of the items seems low. Make good collection fillers, though.

In case you were paying attention, I did not win the Earthdawn book. Got sniped at the last second (as usual.) But, its ok... I found one on a different online store for $50 cheaper (51 if you count the extra dollar from shipping differences.)

Take that, damn sniper.

Only thing to be aware of with the TUSO auction is that the seller in question doesn't accept Paypal.

He's also got a bunch of other low-number issues listed.

I am always looking for Call of Cthulhu/Lovecraft items and have never seen this listed before.

You could try asking over on the yog-sothoth.com forums, there are some people that collect a lot of the European Lovecraft/Cthulhu items (mainly German).

ehi jason, pay attention: at a first glance it seems that the only english part of that mag is the horror story... i feel that the remaining parts are in italian (but it is a suspect only, maybe worth asking the seller)

Thanks Axel, I guess the artwork on the cover threw me off a bit. I had seen it before on a reprint from Hippocampus Press.
