hey Kam

well as youre in the UK, it would be easier for me to send it to you and you could record it then and return it to me with a copy in MP3 format

what you reckon?

Al

That might be a good idea, actually.  That said, I'm going to be away on holiday for the rest of the week (ie. pretty much until the auction closes).  So if that doesn't work out, then we can arrange something once I am back at home.

Hold on .. just spoke to a friend who owns a recording studio... he is back from the US and has the facilities so I will see if I can get him to do it. - Though it will be a couple of weeks away if someone wants to do it 1st...

Kamelion's more local to you, Al, I'd go with him :D

Seller has two different copies of Unspeakable Oath #1:

Salmon (mmm...salmon) cover:

http://cgi.ebay.com/The-Unspeakable-Oat ... dZViewItem

Grey cover:

Kinda surprised that these are both still under $20 with only three days left.  The "salmon" cover is a relist that previously went to $36 but didnt meet the reserve.  There was a #4 that went for $60 recently but a #5 that didnt sell with the price being a $40 opening bid.  I dont keep track of them consistently but I always thought the earlier issues were pretty difficult to come by.

The seller has been trying to sell those since at least December. It is always the same two bidders Roisin_ruaidh and thesilentpenguin.

Roisin's Treasures has had a #1 in their eBay store for $500 US as long as I can remember.

Last year there was a lot of buyers looking for the older UO's but in the last few months I have listed a #5 in fine condition for $40 and there have been no bidders.

Edit: oddly enough, the #4 that you mention was purchased by thesilentpenguin from Roisin_Ruaidh.

Wow, I don't even know where to start in congratulating Lance on his incredible winning streak today!  Nice set of items he won from Frank.  And great for Frank, too.

Awesome!

Now, I know that the only way to get Non-TSR items is to wait for same items, but with BIN :)

FRANK-HERBERTS-DUNE-AVALON-HILL

Seller also has a couple of other avalon hill games and a real nice copy of the War of the Ring.

Hmm, no, I don't have a gambling problem, I'm winning, and winning is not a problem. That's like saying Michael Jordan has a basketball problem, or Def Leppard has an awesomeness problem. So why don't y'all pour some sugar on that?

Lance must have an incredible non-TSR collection by now. I have a lot more to go, Infernax, Necromican, Endless Abyss II, Booty and the Beasts, blah blah blah. I'm even debating the Role Aids ones, Kobold/Beast/Blasted/Fez/Nanorien.

If you hit a Rowsdower, you get to keep it.
