Can't believe it! I let 101 Robots go today and told myself to stop being such a completist and actually read some of the stuff I've bought before buying more. I consoled myself with the certainty the Gaming Kit wouldn't be available anyway. Moral of the story - spend, spend, spend.

If I had thought for a minute that the 101 Robots would have gone for that cheap I would have bid on it myself.  The last few I have seen on Ebay topped $100.  As for the MegaTraveller Referee Kit, I am pretty lucky to have picked mine up when I bought my MegaTraveller box set.  It was tucked underneath all of the other books in the box.  I checked it the other day and damned if it isnt complete.  :D

Not sure if this White Bear & Red Moon is complete or not:

Oh....and there is the War Cry & Battle Lust as well.  Can't say if I would be comfortable with buying anything from this seller though.  Horrific feedback rating.  8O

Ah.  Good ol' I Sold It.

Does anybody else hate these "Bring them to us and we'll put it on eBay" places as much as I do?

I don't mind the concept of these places - pay me to sell it for you.  A lot of them also have the policy that if it doesn't sell you don't pay anything.

What does bother me about them is the excessive shipping and even excessive charges to the original owner.  Their ads over here usually balloon the "cost of listing on Ebay" as 25-30% of the final value.  They try and justify this by saying it cost $X amount to list, accept paypal, add multiple pictures, add gallery, add feature item, etc with all the bells and whistles but then when they list it they don't use any of this stuff.

What I love is the $5 charge if you pick it up at the store.

Damn nice lot of 5 paranoia press traveller books. This should break $100 easily. Nice looking copies.

I found the 'published by ParanoiD Press' line quite amusing ;)

Perhaps, I didn't look carefully if someone else already spot it. Apparently it is not so interesting, only $16.

They were published in 1999 by Cargonaut Press.  Not sure how many were printed but if the number of them that come up on Ebay is any indication, there were very few.  There was one, possibly two that I recall seeing on Ebay over the last year.

The contents are listed and shown here:
