It's an interesting attempt at an early generic system, but I don't think I'd ever actually play the rules.

Just about every one of the setting books you can't help but look at and think "This is just a less impressive version of _______."  Though in the case of Superworld, it's "This is just a less impressive version of the later Superworld box." ;)

The cover art certainly gives the impression of a different game than the English stuff. :)

Holy crapcrakers, this auction looks like my want list. Dunno if I'll win anything, but it will be interesting to see how much these items sell for.

Quite the opposite, I'm afraid, for me. Worlds of Wonders is more impressive, because it is more open, more able to handle any genre... the latter versions are more detail-driven, more specific, more "less multigenre." WoW is one of my favorite games, and I'm glad to finally have one again. :)

Those who can, don't. Those who should not, do.

I don't think I have ever seen any printing info for this book.  From the looks of other Arduin books, there are lots of different printings though - many not distinguishable by the cover either.

As long as it doesn't have Emperor's Choice Games anywhere inside it should be an early printing (and by the photos doesn't look like it does.)
