Crypt of Cthulhu - Premiere issue

Not a game item, but this may be interesting to some collectors.

(it will finish out of my budget range)

I sold mine last October with a Buy It Now of $150...it will be interesting to see if I cheated myself out of much money!  I think there are only 300 copies of this item...

Based on what this one sold for (and it may not be representative) you got a good price on your BIN!

Wow!

I did notice that copy was as second print and not a first as mine had been...probably resulted in the $100 price difference.

I think the Crypt of Cthulhu is the kind of item that is better to sell in an EBay store than auction...they are rare and hard to find, but the interest is minimal except for the guy that wants that one particular issue...and he might not be online the week you decide to auction the item!

I am selling a large set on Ebay now and as of December they will have been in my store a year...but in that time I've sold all the early issues (#1-10 except for #6) and about 30 or so of the others in the series.  Incidentally, very cool items if you are a Lovecraft or Cthulhu worshipper...errr, scholar.

What's missing besides the box?  I assumed it was boxless like other Better Games products.

I think the 1979 version was boxed.  I would be surprised if the 1989 version was since all of their more recent produces are produced with cheapness in mind.
