Yeah he occasionally sells one on Ebay.
I am getting the whole set (he originally wrote this to be Targnol Port for Judges Guild, but removed those refrences when he was trying to make it generic for TSR) Basically the few refrences in CSWE dealing with Targnol Port is all he once used - When my copy arrives I shall have to see.

Like the site says, the two tourneys are very good and well worth the money. They had many years of play testing and you need a damned good DM to get them to play well.

As for the campaign setting, you're better off with CSIO.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

I like rpg cities since there are so few that are done well, and Kent's work is good.  I haven't played with any of it, yet, though, so I'd certainly be happy to hear how folks think that the city in particular works in-game.

Defintiely worth getting.

I'm in the process of incorporating this into a new campaign world.

It's now on my list....I've been getting a few too many things worth getting this past month...so it will have to wait a bit.

I went to his website http://www.dreamborn.com/main.html  (link was hard to see for me) and  I like his comment about his own city module -- "undeniably the finest city-state ever published for 1st Ed D&D." ;p

I still might buy it though -- can never have enough cities.
