Well read it, sure does have the look and feel of the old D&D modules.  Being a 'map guy' (they are art to me) it seems the text doesn't match as well it should with the maps in some spots. Also there is no scale on them yet certain things in the module are given a size.
Well with that over, the actual idea/concept and execution is good, the dungeon makes sense and the quirky things found throughout were great.

Shall have to check out the next one in the series.

Well, the adventure seems pretty standard. I do applaud the incredible similarities in the text and artwork when compared to 1E mods; the font of Advanced Adventures is similar, the red bar across the top, even the starburst. If you glanced at it quickly, it would seem to be a TSR mod.

It's pretty good!  Should be an interesting twist for my been-there-done-that players.

Hey Joe

just wanted to let you know that my package arrived today. thanks for the fast shipping. however, it looks like someone sat on the package or something as the spine has been badly buckled. no card backing dude - told ya.

so my nice minty mod is already down to about VGC *sigh*

ah well - sidenote though, the mod looks great. automatically reminds me of B1 already.

I don't think mine was damaged in shipping. The box was in decent shape, and the scuffing seems to have been there pre-shipping.
Decent mod, but based on my experience I can't buy from or recommend them, unfortunately. The lack of a poly bag was a deal-killer.

I just got mine and it arrived in good shape.  The envelope did have a good piece of cardboard but no polybag.

Just got an update for this if anyone was wondering:

Writing is effectively all done, just waiting for the artwork to come in (that's late again because of me, not her, when the whole project was going to be delayed I told the artist and then my new date ran into a prior commitment of hers)... But she says "second week after Easter" so when I get the artwork it's a matter of revising the text to make sure it matches the art and then we should be good to go.
Sorry for the delays again but this thing is going to be out.
