I hated most of the Thieves World stories I read.  Too bad.

with this one you won't be disappointed :) you read TW, you take the aspirin, and you can sleep relaxxxxxxxxxx

Are they so bad? I don't know anything about these stories but the RPG seems to be interesting however. Didn't have the time to read it for the moment....

I liked them, gotta say. Gritty. I liked the whole squalor thing. I've always managed to squeeze Sanctuary into a campaign. It not as much that you can "see" the place, it's more that you can smell it. That may be an odd comment but it's just how I perceive it.

I suppose the next question is where did it smell like?

Hmm, most similar smelling city for me would be Tashkent

(this is the barking mad thread isn't it???)

Well done Marlith, you are right!  :D

He wrote 'vent' instead of 'vends'. (Wind instead off sell). This guy is writing phonologically his mother tongue.

Vener voir => Venez voir.

On ne s'est jamais => On ne sait jamais.

3 verbs, 3 mistakes  :? Is ebay.com so poor grammatically speaking ?

It's actually a nice set.  Duck soup for a miniatures man to reassemble the old undead regiment.

[quote="JohnGaunt"]A rude mini:

Nice to see good old Hecatron again, even with the day-glo beard.

Unless the seller's done extensive modifications, that's the haft of his flail he's holding, not his naughty bits.  It's the camera-angle that makes it look suggestive.
