Off hand the picture has a very Aliens/Prometheus feel to it but not quite the Giger derelect ship.  The engines seem more pod racer.

My first thought was of Buck Rogers old ship from the television series but after looking it up, it isn't a great fit.

Oh Crap, I was just posting that for resolution issues. But so be it. We will have a little competition.

It is based off a real space ship. This one is going to be damn tough   :D

If those are tail fins, then the ship certainly hints of the USS Enterprise (or some Star Trek ship), but if it's not that then the only other space ship I could find with those kinds of fins is the USS Cygnus from Disney's The Black Hole.
