no, no and no.. forgot about april fools I must say;)

in 1990 while working in The Savage Empire computer game, Aaron used a lot of left over stuff to write this adventure for champions. He gave it to people in the APA he wrote for (grr) and some employees of Origin.. its an impressive 131 pages long. Approx 40 coppies made..

New Question.
In what TSR product was this printed?
And who's the artist?

No idea on the product, but the artist looks like either Darlene or Roslof emulating Darlene, perhaps? ;)

Hint: This was before EITHER Darlene or Roslof got to TSR.

Could be Morno for the artist?

Boy, it really looks familiar, but I can't place what it was in.

I'd say Otus but it'd be really an easy answer (and that's why it wont be correct...)

My guess on the artist is Hannon. Not sure where it was printed. One of the Dragon issues around #15?

OK, received this in the mail a little while ago... the postman was nice enough not to bend it as requested

It arrived however with the big square section ripped off - it must have stuck to something.  Thankfully, the book was wrapped in plastic :)  Here's hint # 1:
