Since those items were locally produced (Seattle area), I'm curious to see how far other copies might have traveled.

Glad to see they found a good home with Martin. My buddy Steve (the former owner) confessed at one point he was thinking about just tossing them into the recycle bin. Gasp!

I'd imagine Jack would have a bit of a problem with WotC trying to protect that particular piece of property...

I think it is Escape From the Minotaur's Lair. It also may be The Bane of Bryreville both by International Dungeon Designs Ltd.

It has a real old-school look to it, despite being from the late 80s (according to a quick BGG lookup). Sort of like Tabletop Warriors. Usually I don't pay much attention to items past 1982, but how many more 70s-ish gems are out there, published over the next decades? Maybe that's worthy of a thread unto itself.

I had the same immediate guess, based on the size, cover stock color visible at the edge (looks more like Bryreville actually), and some knowledge of Dave's collection.

Areas of interest/knowledge: Harn, WFRP, Ars Magica, anything BRP based such as CoC, Runequest, Pendragon and all their related games
