I've had this for a long time, described it for Matthias Bock on his Afterglow page.  I've never seen another copy or heard of anyone else owning one:

The artist, Darla Hallmark, is a well known artist of erotic fantasy work (now she is, I suspect she was a college student or such in 1984 when this was published).

Anyone else ever seen one of these?

BTW, it is a very interesting little supplement...over 100 pages, with maps and 8 short dungeon adventures, complete city and surrounding areas, encounter tables and more.  I would like to try to convert this to AD&D and make copies available (it's in a generic format) since it's very old school in form.

I'm resurrecting this thread to display the book I was telling Stratochamp and his wife about at Gencon.  So he's the only one not allowed to name it.

(No fair looking at Afterglow, either, because I submitted the entry there.)

My history with this product: I'm in college in the early 1990s, trying to pick up some Gamma World modules at a local con in Toledo.  Some bozo keeps bidding them up to more than they're worth, and I'm getting annoyed.  Finally, the auctioneer brings this book (and its supplement!) to the podium, mentioning that the cover says it's compatible with Gamma World.  I've never heard of the thing,  and I have no idea what it's worth, so somehow I decide that means I can bid as high as I need to.  And that's how I end up owning a beat-up copy of the Worst Roleplaying Supplement Ever.  It has a "Waverider" character class that specializes in surfing!

Title blurred using the GIMP:

Scariest part of the story?  A couple of years back, I decide to search Google for the author of this book to see if he's still in the hobby. The only mention I find is a reference to his (thankfully defunct) science-fiction erotica webite, where he was apparently photo-shopping pictures of women to look like aliens.

So that's what happens to failed game designers:  They go into sci-fi porn.

Is it Exotic Characters and Worlds by Gamemaster Guides?  I still wonder how many of them are out there.  What number is your copy?

No its not that bad.  Ironhoof is pretty much untouchable on that list.  Besides out of the 172 pages in this book there are some better parts - like the moose picture on page 36 :)

BTW, I have #612 but have a hard time believing that over 600 copies were numbered/signed and actually sold.

Wow, that was fast.

My copy is #305.

If anyone who doesn't have a copy wants more information, here's a more detailed rant I posted to Usenet back in 1997.

These numbers are making me uncomfortable now.  Maybe he really did number/sign and sell over 600 copies - scary!

Looking at the figure on the cover of the book.....  Why is there a hole in her knee?

A very funny review, by the way.  Good stuff.

Hilarious game review. I swear it sounds like Timmy Jackson (from the KODT strip for those in the know) wrote a game supplement.  Maybe Jolly Blackburn used this RPG for inspiration.....

This is still one of my favourite threads so I thought I would resurrect it.  I managed to track down a copy of Machineguns & Magic that was posted previously and also this one:
