I believe there is a map and like a table of contents. I do not have it with me at the moment. But I'm pretty sure of the map and TOC.

Between the cardstock covers there are 56 pages which consists of an unnumbered title page, 41 pages (which are numbered 1-22 & 24-42) and 14 pages of maps, all bound into the book. This is the same for the four copies that have passed through my hands. How many pages are in your book?

Sorry Bill, been out of the loop for awhile with family matters. There are 42 numbered pages. I need to check on "14 pages of maps" as I do not remember that. Will check tonight. Thanks for answering my question.
