A question for everyone with a copy of Curse on Hareth. Is there more than one printing?

My copy is loose leaf and three hole punched. It was manufactured that way, 'cos I took it out of its shrinkwrap. There also seems to be copies in book form (a second printing?). Can anyone confirm this?

Yes, there are two printings, I used to have both.
