Does anyone have pics or detailed info on that 5 lb giant mini (how's that for an oxymoron?)?  Who produced it, how rare is it, and what does it look like?  Does it come in a wooden crate, or cardboard box?  Will your card table tip over if you stand it on the corner?

Thanks-
Stephen

I think Blackmoor bought one of last winter for something like ~$535.00. He should be able to give you the answers you are looking for. :)

It's from Grenadier right? Do you have the real name or serial number of it? Try to look it up on www.solegends.com!

There is the six pound Citadel Giant for Games Workshop.

http://www.solegends.com/citboxes/c1citgiant.htm

He also comes with a few little 28mm prisoners. Figure comes in a stapled brown cardboard box with a smaller sheet of white paper affixed to the lid with a nice ink sketch of the giant.

Very, Veeeeery desirable amongst GW collectors. Be warned of recasts of this one as it has been known to sell for $2000 out of the box.

I do have one, it comes in a regular brown cardboard box with a glued on label and 5 different heads (See previous post by Saxonangel).  It also has some beat on humans to play with.  It is heavy and large, more a display piec really.

Grenadier has a giant as well, not as big as the Citidel one though.  It is the goblin War Giant and it is very popular with collectors as well.

Are their other giant miniatures that are not display pieces?   8O

Or, do you mean that some giant miniatures are intended for war against other miniatures?
