Okay, this seems high for a Warhammer item:

Very limited?  Yes.

Cool presentation?  Yes.

Worth THAT much?  I don't think so.

(Extra fun: the listing for this item from last week was a BIN... for 10% less than the opening bid now.  How does that make sense?)

Considering the average value of a modern era WD is about 7p, this would look to be a good way of making money out of them. my kids got a badge maker for Xmas so all I need to do is buy some refills and I'll be minted

Well, it is time for people to get tax refunds, and many are getting partial / full rebates / stimulus checks so I'd expect some higher-than-normal sales for the next month or two. To me, anyway, I think the best times to sell are October - mid- December and then mid-March - mid-May. Others naturally disagree.

Just plain silly. Someone was selling these as part of a lot of 4 newer AH games, and the auction repeatedly passed in for $50.

Egad, maybe that was a missed opportnity. There was a Seller flogging these off in bulk for essentially AUD12.50 each and this Seller has a bid of AUD90.00 for the same game!!!!! 8O

From what I've seen that's actually about average for the price.  The game went out of print quickly and a lot people seem to want copies.
