Thanks for the info Mark. Pirate Nations took me a while to find indeed.

I have the older stuff almost complete except for the Freiburg boxed set and the Erebus Cross part 2. The swashbuckling adventures books I didn't follow anymore but they are quite easy to find.

So when did these become so rare ? Or at least expensive.

When Troll and Toad price items on Ebay, they are always expensive.

The ONE copy I have had the past five years sold for $100, plus the buyer traded me a bunch of other 7th sea stuff (I had lowered my price because of that).  I've never seen these go cheap.

Anyone know if 7th Sea miniatures are worth anything?  I can't find any completed auctions.

I hope he didn't take it too personally.  I don't mean any harm but sometimes just go off.

I've been on edge the last couple of days.  I just bought the RPG contents of a game store and was needed to be on edge to negotiate properly :)  Hence the 7th Sea question.  In total there's probably about 2000 books and 2 big boxes of minis, etc etc.  I'm now the not so proud owner of a stack of White Wolf books that stands over 6 feet tall.

Mars, although I've never met you I have bought some wonderful things from you.  I do know you are a detriment to my bank account and you're really great to deal with!  No worries Willmark likes to argue so...

There has been one trying to sell for $80-$90 a couple of times, I haven't seen any end over $100 in a while

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Unknown Gods is a VERY common Judges Guild Book.

Can be had in the Shrink Wrap any day of the year for around $10 or less in Store BINs all over the world and this seller wants $100...

No pictures or scans either.

Seller has a lot of other items for sale at insane prices, some would make even Amazon Sellers look cheap.

And does not even offer a picture of them either.

Prey of Darkness, for $70...

Seller has Questions turned off too, which may be a good thing for them since I was going to let them know that the same item can be purchased from other E-Bay stores at $10 BINs IN THE SW no less...

What an idiot.

50k feedbacks too...  8O

That's Powell's Bookstore.  It is the biggest bookstore I've ever seen:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Powells_bookstore

Anyone who loves books should go there once, just to be amazed.  (And Portland is a really nice city too)  Shopping there can be a day long delight.

But their online ordering sucks - it's aimed toward general book consumers, not collectors.
