That's pretty cool.  I am interested in seeing it.

I notice a writer for Thieves Guild named Richard Meyer.  Is he still around anywhere...anyone?

Maybe he has one of those great and really valuable Thieves Guild Second Edition boxed sets?  Those probably sell for a lot.

Bought mine from BeyondTheBreach for $65.  Thought it was well worth it.  Kinda disappointed none of the other planned rules sets for this system were ever developed (one for Fighters and one for MUs?)  Always wondered how they would look...

Yes, he's still around.

I'll ask them Mark, when we get further along with negotiations again, and I'll keep an eye out at GenCon :D

I've got one. Bought it off ebay a few years ago for about 15 bucks. Contents have never been used. Box is in great shape too. Comes with such things like a crisp character sheet, 20% off coupon, order form, Summer 1984 catalogue, a few pamphets, rule books, etc.  I never used the game or supplements back in the day but I have enjoyed reading them since. Didn't realize the box set was uncommon. The 2nd ed. supplements have been pretty available as long as I can remember.

Does anyone here own an original edition of Mines of Keridav?

I mean, the one before Gamelords existed.

That was produced by Phoenix Games.  I actually just sold my copy about 3 months ago and i am 99% sure it was to someone here on the board.  Are you looking for something specific or are you just looking for a copy  to buy?

I have the burntwire brothers' old copy, but I haven't made the time to do an a/b comparison to the GL version (yet; so many projects, so little time...).

#3...is that "The Duke's Dress Ball?"

I like that one.  I have it in loose-leaf 1st edition as well, but the 2nd print booklet also looks pretty cool.

I have a copy of this one (I don't think I have the gamelords one though).  What do you want to know about it?

I got one of the stickers yesterday.

It is possible that my Thieves Guild quest is at an end.

Perhaps, I need a binder.  My impression is that Gamelords just put stickers on a set of binders that they bought.  Nothing special about the binders themselves...just that they were handy to put stickers on.

What do you think?

Yeah the stickers came separate, I think the purchasers put the stickers on the binders.
And congratulations on completing the series, I take it you got the different printings or you just went for 1 of each item?

I had one of the binders myself. Sturdy blue plastic (though it ended up  cracking at the top of the spine. Just the sticker on the cover to make it gamelords. Forget who made the binder

I have seen a picture of a red binder and I have heard of a brown binder.

Over on Tome of Treasures, there was a discussion between two people with red binders...both from the same binder company...which might indicate that at least some of the binder/sticker sets came...um...pre-stuck.
