To my unending joy this has now been bid to OVER the BIN that I set at the beginning of the auction 8O (So how on earth does that happen then?)

Once someone bids the BIN is gone unless you have a reserve set up.

Think is, in the listing I actually put that  I was 'chancing my arm' at £55 (and if someone had have come up with £40 or £50 here I wouldn't have even bothered listing it - looks like some of that good D&D karma is catching up with me)

And I was really tempted by the £55 BIN. Must have left it a good half hour before I threw my bid in on it.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

That's my copy :)

Yes, it's not in great shape but the picture makes it look a little worse than it does in the flesh - still, better that way round than the other.
The headline price is optimistic given it's condition but then optimism seem to be the point of putting a BIN figure on something (and I have opened it to offers.)

Hello everyone, BTW.  I've lurked here for a bit and did think about posting to  advertise this listing but a first post that pushes an auction always seems like bad manners so I resisted the temptation!

Done!

What can I say? I'm an optimistic chap!
If it doesn't sell then it doesn't sell. I know that eBay account only shows 2 feedback but I've been trading under the same name I'm using here for some years.  A high BIN whilst taking offers has worked quite well for me in the past and, as I'm not desperate to sell that item, it gives me a bit more control over the selling price than a straight auction.
