Send an e-mail to Bill or Ben. They'll let you know what was printed. They could probably tell you how many printings etc, and for which editions. Some were published for more than one edition of D&D. Some for the OSR etc.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

TM5 While the Sun Sleeps

This came as a tournament module in one of them card folders and loose leaf papers inside. I've got a copy of it.

Thank you for your response.

For TM7, by tournament module are your referring to the folders that Pacesetter sometimes issued their early versions in?  Or was there ever a proper retail version?
Also for V2?

Yes, mine is a blue folder with loose a4 papers inside, limited edition and individually numbered if I recall. Never seen a proper retail version.

I believe there were at least two printings of V2 by Pacesetter Games (8th& 12th printings).  They were typical Pacesetter books, limited to 200 and 100 copies respectively.
