If my theory does turn out maybe I'll get thay 57 and Menzo set cheap.  8)  :D

To be honest the way they have paypal set up its almost safer to by from someone with a low feedback score.  They should just force everyone to supply a tracking number in order to get their money.  That would really cut down on fraud.  But anyway back on topic.

How much do you guys think this dude is going to pull in?

Not RP, but miniature related so forgive me...

** expired/removed eBay auction **

I have no stake in this auction but can anyone enlighten me as to why it went so high (cos I'm going to find me some of them minis!!)

You can never have too much of something you didn't need in the first place.

Well, it looks like my seller still hasn't been able to locate the instructions to assemble the dracolich I bought @
** expired/removed eBay auction **
(he didn't send the box either); does anyone have a spare set of instructions (original or scanned) so that I can try to assemble this beast sometime?  If anyone happens to have a spare box, I'd be interested in one of those, too, I guess.

Thanks!

I was initially willing to accept a partial refund ($15 sounded reasonable to me), and was giving him time to dig around, and he said he was contacting some old RP contacts to see if he could get replacements (he was/is in the process of moving).  We'll see...

Thanks Ed, too! :D

I don't follow relative values much for the RP figures, so here's a valuation question.  I ID'd a Takhisis (human version) among various figures I've been stripping this weekend, and from what I understand variants of many DL RP figures were produced.  Are there any variants for Takhisis, and what's the figure's relative value?

I'm trying to figure out if it would be good/viable trade bait for a Molydeus, which are somewhat expensive.

Thanks for the input!

That is probably the one from the villians set and worth about $10.00 or so.  Molydeus is probably the most sought after of the demon line in the 11 series; you may have to come up with quite a few goodies to trade for that one.

Ah, well, then I suppose I'll have to wait for Reaper to produce a clone of that monster then (like their generic demon lords, etc...).  Unless someone else already has? :D

Thanks Jeff!

Hi, Richard...

I'd be extremely interested in the Peryton and the Githzerai. Please let me know what you would like for them and if they are still available.

All the best,

Matt

Just took delivery of this lot yesterday:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

I'm not a Planescape guy, but for some reason I took a look when I first found the listing. My eyes fairly boggled when I saw there was not one, but TWO Greater Gelugons included! I've had my eye on the Gelugon for some time, but not at the average eBay prices. So two Gelugons, the box set, and the other loose minis made $60 ($50 BIN + $10 S&H) a bargain I could not pass up.

Then I found that the Gelugons aren't even the centerpiece of the lot, but some big armored wolf with a snake growing out of his neck (?) - that's right, Molydeus! I had a hard time finding info on him because of the spelling error in the listing, but sure enough found out about him right here in this thread - thanks!

There were a couple of little things not mentioned in the listing, like the fact that both Gelugons are each missing a horn, and Chasme is missing a wing, and there are no Githyanki - the 3 NPCs and 3 Githyanki are actually 2 NPCs (Lhar and Koran), 2 Xaositects, and 2 Anarchists.

Oh well, for a $50 BIN, it's still a pretty good find ;)

Soooo...anyone looking for Molydeus? If I decide to sell/trade him, I'll make a post over in the Classifieds.

Definitely! :D  I'd love to trade for or buy a molydeus, since he's a key figure in the Greyhawk campaign (2e era:  the Fiend Sage of Rel Astra).

I waffled on this for a spell, but decided as cool as it is, I'd rather let someone who really wants it to get their hands on it.

It is now live on eBay, and the link is posted over in the Classifieds.

Huzzah!

I recently picked up a few Ral Partha AD&D boxed sets.  I was wondering if any of you guys could give me some idea of the value?  This is what I got:

10-504   Dragonlance Villains
10-515   Ravenloft, Castle Forlorn
10-517   Dr. Mordenheim's Laboratory
10-520   Planescape - Powers of Chaos
10-521   Planescape - Powers of Law
10-522   Planescape - Powers of Conflict
10-523   Birthright - Abominations
10-524   Birthright - Personalities of the Blood
10-541   Dark Sun - Light War Chariot

All are in mint condition, shrink-wrapped in their boxes.

I have a couple of blisters too:

11-062   King Azoun
11-118   Ravenloft - Natalia Vorshkova
11-603   Factol Darius
11-703   Dark Sun - Elves (3)

I'll post this in the appraisal forum too, so apologies if you read it twice.
