One of the photos Andrew Chernak sent me back in 2003. He told me about this, but my recollection is faint.

Has anyone seen this before?

This is an extremely detailed sculpt for a 70's miniature. I haven't seen it.

Yes, it is extremely detailed, which makes think this figure was certainly not 25mm. The figure wasn't included in any particular Grenadier line. It may have been a specialty item or simply sculpted for fun. Andrew told me an anecdote behind whose head that is on the Wizard's staff, but alas, I do not recall it.
