The first 3 book are pretty common, the last 3 are the hardest, and one of them, think the last seems very uncommon.. This is for books 2-6... Great set of books these, one of my fav

Yeah, that's a 1st print. Red box sides and no T.M. at the top right are identifying features.

First or second - no way to tell from the outside. The 2" box is the real distinguishing feature. :)

I think you're implying here that there is a 1" box that *doesn't* show "Michael Moorcock's" above "Stormbringer" and *doesn't* include either "TM" or "(R)" at the top-right of "Stormbringer."

I've never seen such a beast, but I know your Chaosium collection is much broader than mine.

Can you clarify what you mean?

Oh maybe you're talking about the rulebook printing, as opposed to the box size? (So a green/blue rulebook with errata on the inside cover, as opposed to a red rulebook with no errata.)

The Historian can correct me if I'm wrong, but:

The first printing rulebook has a red cover.
The second printing rulebook has a bluish-green cover, with errata printed on the inside front cover.

Correct. The only difference is the rulebook, which you can't tell from a sealed box.

All I meant by the other thing was that to me, noting the thick box vs. the thin box is the easier tell. There is no third or later printing without the Moorcock credit/TM that I know of.

Not sure how I've never stumbled across ebay Collections before... but I found this user's collections and I enjoyed looking through the obscure (but, sadly, mostly-ended) auctions.

If aslangame77 is a member here, you have great taste!

That's a heck of a lot of pretty rare stuff. I did notice he listed DG as a 1st print; it is a 3rd. That is by far the highest price I've ever seen for that printing.

Nice David!

I hesitated twice, then decided not to bid considering shipping cost to France. Very glad he went to you  :)
