I'd say that was a pre-publication if it was ever published. Or a printer's proof. Of maybe just a homebrew copy of some guy's would be publication career.
I consider 'manuscript' to in the digital era to be what is produced before the production layout stage of the product, with maps (as they are often critical to the product) but sans artwork etc.
The problem with these sorts of things in digital form is anyone can print 12 pages of typeset script on a home printer and staple it.
Some are notable and build careers ala James Raggi's Random Esoteric Creature Generator or Fantasy Fucking Vietnam, but most are just dead one-off products in the wilderness like Loki's Wine or Taracina Port (Which Kent no doubt will still be running eBay ads for and still ready to run you off a copy of $25)

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Wow that strikes me as a stout price! Had no idea the blue foiled ones sold for that much (I just have a regular one). Jeff puts out great stuff though.

What is this map exactly? In the last pic it says it is a 2nd print... Has there ever been a first print of this? This is the first time i see such a map...

Northwest Frontier Map Set by Adventure Games for the World of Tekumel. This 2nd print came rolled up inside a foot long tube. And yes there are 1st and 3rd prints of this item. And a gazetteer that was sold separately.
