Not sure where to place this...

Does anyone know of a 3.x collector's forum? I asked in DF and no one really knew. I know GITP has an active forum on rul3s, setting ideas, and the like but no collecting.

Acaeum is pretty much it for the collecting community.
If any particular facet finds itself with an overwhelming body of knowledge and an inclination among collectors to develop the forum further, then subwebs are developed by those with that knowledge base and the time to dedicate to its development.
That is how the Judges Guild and Planescape subwebs came to be.

There is a lot of 3.xE expertise on Acaeum, not least among the many resellers who know their stock and their buyer. At the moment the third party 3.xE discussions tend to occur on the non-TSR and Appraisal sections, whereas WotC matters crop up on the TSR section.

I have noticed most discussions tend to revolve around third party publishers and their offerings, what becomes collectible fast, and what does not, and very little discussion is to be had about WotC's core products. This may be because, for the most part, 3.xE is more of a speculative investment on the part of resellers, than a core collectibles goal on the part of fans.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Thanks for the info. That makes quite a bit of sense.

(P.S. good luck with the final stage of your fire sake and I hope once you're settled across the world you'll still be able to frequent here.)

EN World

It is a good source of 3.x information and support.

And later Editions as well...

RPG’s, D&D in particular has had a major influence in my life. It’s bonded me together with life long friends...it’s that bond in life not just as friends, but in our jokes, our mannerisms, and what we find funny. Invincible Overlord

Just hoping to find a solid list of WOTC 3.x products, including RPGA items, Convention only items and the like.

A d20 would clog most of the intertubes up. So just WOTC and their subsidiaries.

Oog.  Yeah, if you find any kind of decent lists of RPGA/Convention-only items, I'd love to see it.

I've built some lists of the commercially-available stuff to assist in my acquisition needs.  I should probably look at posting those on my web host sometime, as I would have loved to find them instead of assemble them.

I'll try to get that done over the next week, and post a link for you.

I have a list of WotC (and licensed) 3.X D&D products here, but it is pretty light on the limited RPGA releases. Those are tricky to document.
