I'm looking to wrap up the printing count shortly so that I can send the book off to print on Monday (5/18).  If you have interest in getting a copy or two, please let me know right away.  I'm cutting off orders by end of day Sunday.  I'll print a few extra, normally a dozen or so more than requested, but once they are gone, they are gone.

Also, you can pre-order your copy by sending payment as soon as you're ready.  A message earlier in this thread has the details.

Obviously, if you've already sent in your payment, I've got you noted and already assigned your print number.
