Here are the Goodman Games 5e modules that were sold at Gen Con 2014. These are first prints and the include scans that hopefully differentiate them from second prints.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

I meant to mention a few days ago that there is a seller on eBay (gamenerdz) that sells both of the Goodman games 5th ed mods for $20 total - that's cheaper than GG sells them for on their website.  I ordered 2 copies of each.

Is anyone collecting 5th edition stuff?  I have been playing 5th (and enjoying it) and picking up the limited covers as they come out.  I realise, I amprobably now in the realms of collecting 5th edition (although limiting myself to WoTC products).  Anyone else?  What's interesting?

Ummm. Yeeaaaaaahhh……

I'm guilty of collecting 5E.
According to my database, I've spent $1600.00+ on 5E products since 2017.

Of the ones I've read through, I enjoyed Storm King's Thunder the most.

I'm collecting the Limited Edition Books.  Do you have a list of which ones have limited covers?

I've played through Stom's King Thunder and it was great.

I've noticed the limited covers going for high prices.

Yes, I would venture to say that some of the current prices for limited edition items is rather unprecedented.

I noticed the wiki doesn't include the Lost Tales of Myth Drannor.  I have a copy of this.

Lost Tales of Myth Drannor

Here is a thread about this.

In regards to the limited covers, I may pick up the Eberron book due to the limited cover thing.  I've got all the limited ones so far, but the offer to sell at these prices is tempting.

EDIT: In regard to the Lost Tales, I have the original printed version, not the print on demand/pdf available currently.

I didn't realize this was even a thing.
There are so many AL items that it is damn near impossible for one person to even cope with.
Thanks for the heads up/info.

Sell if you have the possibility! This is simply a wave: either you jump on it or you will lose it...

I do not collect 5E (i stopped with 3.5), but this thing of the special covers is simply a speculative game... I saw a couple of them in a fair recently and i was tempted to buy them (they were at MSRP)... At the end i passed on, i am not interested in losing my time with such things... But if you have any of them and you are not interested in 5E, there is one action you can do!

The first two "Limited" covers are actually pretty tough to find...especially in great shape as the covers wear very easily with use/handling. These two will probably not go down in value..... but once Hasbro caught on the saturation campaign began...like cards/comics...call it limited but make half a billion (sarcasm). Books after those 2 will be easy to find (although cover still wear will be a problem).

While I don't really collect 5E (outside of what friends publish), I get all these fuzzy covers as they are sharp looking!

Nobody wanted volos when it came out. The covers are soft and dent easy. People were getting into d&d beyond and the cheaper cover was already spendy. Now its flooded with limited covers, bought limited ghostmarsh on amazon last week for $16 free shipping. People are dumping them.
If you're collecting 5e you will also want to collect d&d Next which is like 4.5

Is there a real difference in the number produced?

Not sure if I'm out of the loop on this... can anyone tell me about Beadle & Grimm editions from a collector's perspective?  I tried to learn a little about the sets from the website but tapped out.  Are these collectible in our sense of the word, or more along the line of play-aids and fan extras?

I draw the line at collecting... D&D beach towels.
