*** 11/12/2014 UPDATE: I've been soliciting requests and answering questions but I think we are finally ready for the next step.
I have requests for 30+ books at this point. I'll still allow for more requests until end of day Friday. I'm submitting the book to a local printer and will have a physical proof on Monday - If they do a good job with it, they can turn around a print request in a couple of days. If I don't like their work, I'll use my go-to internet firm - they'll take a few weeks to turn it around though.
I'm not going to charge anything additional to my KS rates, but this print run is
all collector copies (signed and numbered) so the groupings change slightly:
(1) collector copy to the USA: $20
(2) collector copies to the USA: $38 (up from the KS $35 for a collector copy and non-collector copy)
(1) collector copy outside USA: $30
(2) collector copies outside USA: $50
I am not printing "player" copies with this run.
PDFs in addition to print orders are free for you all of course. (I'm probably going to load the PDF up on DriveThru for other backers who only want the digital.)
Let me know if you want any more than 2 copies - I'll probably take a bit more off each book after the 2nd.
I'm committed to printing a minimum of 25 copies regardless so, if you are comfortable, you can send payment to my PayPal account at any time. I'm not sure if it's appropriate to post it here, so PM me and I'll give it to you.

Oh, and besides the #1 copy and #4 copy that non-Acaeum members desperately want (they contacted me during the KS project and wanted them even if the book was printed outside KS), the lower numbers go to Acaeum members first.

First I'd like to say thank you to all those who have shown support either through KS or here after the project did not meet it's funding goal. Acaeum is a community like no other.
This will be my first time doing this sort of thing outside KS, so please bare with me. If everyone is okay with it, I think we can do this via PayPal. At this point, I'd prefer just to confirm the list of interested members before getting in to the payments...
