Re:       2014 North Texas RPG Con Module Releases

Pacesetter Games is proud to announce the 2014 line of special North Texas RPG Convention modules. Please review the descriptions below as there are opportunities to purchase these adventures individually or in packages. Note that many of these modules have print runs of 100 copies and that 50 of each will be held back for those attending the convention. Therefore, as few as 50 copies will be available via the pacesettergames.com website.

Lastly, proceeds from the sales of all of the exclusive NTX modules are donated to help fund the North Texas RPG Convention.

V6 Palace of the Vampire Queen: Crypts of the Living
The venerable adventure kit originally published by Wee Warriors in 1976 has come back to life! Each of the five palace levels have been redesigned and updated. This module features the first level of the palace. There are several new monsters and numerous new magic items. Designed for second level characters.
Price: $15.00   Print Run: 100 numbered copies

A1 Path of the Slave Masters
The slave masters are back. But they are not the same. The purple-sailed ships again raid with impunity, but this time, very few slaves arrive in the markets. Where are all those who have been brought to chains?
Price: $15.00   Print Run: 100 numbered copies

I3 Ruins of the Red Moon
The third module in Pacesetter's solo series finds the PC stumbling through the remains of a derelict spaceship. What strange creatures and artifacts are held within this mysterious machine? And can the PCs escape!
Price: $15.00   Print Run: 100 numbered copies

TM5 While the Sun Sleeps
The fourth annual AD&D Open Tournament adventure finds the PCs with little but their wits to combat a darkened city. The PCs must traverse the dangerous city in the middle of the night to reach a ship that leaves at dawn. On the ship are all of their belongings. Can they survive the city while the sun sleeps? Designed for six to eight characters of third to fifth level.
Price: $12.00   Print Run: 75 numbered copies (NTX Folder Version)*

DB1 DragonBane: The Shadowed Sun
It is a world ruled by dragons and their minions. The good people are down-trodden and without hope. For a full century the dragons have crushed any resistance and how even the faith in the gods has failed. Can a group of young adventurers spark hope in this world of sorrow? Only by reaching into the past can the brave adventurers rid the despair of the future. This module is the first in Pacesetter's upcoming DragonBane campaign series boxed set. It will only be available outside the box in this format and for just this one printing.
Price: $12.00   Print Run: 75 numbered copies (NTX Folder Version)*

U1 Dark Eye of the Hurricane
Take one look at the cover of this deadly adventure and you will know what is in store for the PCs. The Pacesetter U-series is designed as a sequel to TSR's classic Saltmarsh adventure series. It is years after the failed sahuagin campaign to destroy the seaside village. But another threat is looming. And the total destruction of the town is at hand.
This special NTX release will only be available during the NTX convention period.
Price: $15.00   Print Run: 100 numbered copies*

A quick note that the sales at pacesettergames.com for the limited edition modules are nearing a sell out. It is possible I may have a few left over from the convention, but not a sure thing.

Thanks to everyone who has supported these adventures and the North Texas RPG Convention.

Hi Bill - by "limited edition" modules do you mean TM5 and DB1, or all of the above? Thanks. Si

The "can't get them after the convention, or early next week"* modules are:
U1 Dark Eye of the Hurricane
TM5 NTX Folder Version
DB1 NTX Folder Version
Proceeds from all of the above are donated to the NTX convention.

The following are NTX Releases (w/logo) but I printed 100 numbered copies and they will be available until they sell out, at which point the second print will go without the NTX logo.
A1 Path of the Slave Masters
V6 PotVQ: Crypts of the Living
I3 Ruins of the Red Moon

I hope that helps!

*Right now, I have very few copies left. The website is technically sold out of the U1 module, but I have six copies in hand (at the convention as of right this minute). So I am leaving them available until they are gone. The Folder modules are a little more plentiful (around 15 remaining of each) and I will keep them active until next week. But by next Sunday, the limited edition modules will get pulled and not be available in that form again.

Thanks to everyone who has supported Pacesetter and the NTX convention.

Thanks for the response Bill. That U1 module looks lovely but the $24 postage makes it out of reach for me. Cheers.

Yes, still up on the site. I think I brought six back from the convention. I will get an announcement out shortly. Been slammed as usual the week after NTX.

But I will cut off all special NTX module sales in a few days. Not many left anyway, so there it is.

Bill, please contact me when you get the chance. I'm under a bit of a time limit and the PM don't seem to be getting through.

Thanks
Jason

Hello All,
I wanted to let everyone know that the last of these orders are on the way for those who ordered directly.
Subscribers will be sent early next week as I have the new GC3 It crawled from Below module included in the mailing.

The last couple months have been an extremely difficult time for me personally. I want to thanks those of you who have pm'd and emailed. The issue is over (as of a couple weeks ago) and all is good. But I am running extremely behind on everything. Just looking at the number of new threads and new posts on this site is daunting!

I will be heading out to Gen Con tonight (late) and hope to catch up with some of you there.

Hi Bill,

Would you please have a look at my inquiries - sent by pm & email?  I'm curious about the status of recent (and not-so-recent, ahhm, Centerstage) orders.

Thank you,
David

I draw the line at collecting... D&D beach towels.

Dave,
I am on it. Spent half the day today organizing from a couple months of disaster. I am packing and shipping all remaining back order and subscriber packs. I am confident that all orders and queries will be up to date by close of business Monday. I will also give Matt a call. We have not talked much at all mainly due to a severe personal issue on the home front. All is good but I just have tons to do to catch up. But mailing should be done Monday.

The correct version of I3 Ruins of the Red Moon arrived this week. I am out of town, but I am mailing from this location. I will have all the back orders and NTX package orders that were missing this module out by end of the weekend.
Note, I am out of town and the stamps.com tracking lags a bit. I took a bunch to the post office this morning (Gulf Shores, Alabama), but the return address and registration is listed as my Michigan address so this can cause a delay in the tracking info. Usually is fixed a day to two after mailing.

However, if you do not get a notification sometime Monday or Tuesday, please contact me so I make sure it was sent and not missed.
